Approval Given for 38 Affordable Homes Near Five Oaks
A States-owned housing provider in Jersey has received the go-ahead to build 38 affordable homes near Five Oaks following a decision by the planning committee.
Andium Homes will develop a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom properties on land situated between Les Cinq Chenes estate and St Michael's School.
The site was rezoned for housing in 2022 as part of the updated Island Plan, which sets out how land across Jersey can be used.
